Why can’t I find the clergy member I am searching for?
There are several possible reasons:
-
The clergy member is recently ordained or has not been ordained yet. Information is available as soon as possible
after ordination.
-
This person is not canonically resident in The Episcopal Church. In order to be listed in
The Episcopal Clerical Directory, the clergy must be a bishop, priest,
or deacon in good standing, and canonically resident in one of the dioceses of The Episcopal Church.
-
This person is deceased.
